Nestor has joined our team as our mortgage broker. He has over 15 years’ experience working in the financial services sector. Before becoming a mortgage broker Nestor worked as a financial planner for many years. We are excited to have Nestor onboard and look forward to seeing what his experience and enthusiasm can bring to the Singleton Financial team

Let’s get to know Nestor a little better….

What is you previous work experience and qualifications?

I hold a Masters in Financial Planning from Kaplan as well as an Advance Diploma in Financial Services. I also hold a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

What do you find enjoyable about mortgage lending?

Providing mortgage advice is very rewarding. I enjoy being able to interact with people and guide them through their property ownership journey, helping to provide a great team around them. I enjoy getting to see clients achieve their dream of owning property and building their wealth.

How do you spend you weekends?

I am lucky to have been married to a wonderful woman for the past 17 years. Together we have four wonderful children and two very spoilt pups which mean our weekends are spent going to the park and other activities. We take great joy in spending time with friends and entertaining. If I get some spare time you can find me on the golf course.

What is the best piece of financial advice you’ve been given?

“Live like no one else does now, so later you can live and give like no one else does.” I believe NOW is the time to focus on your long term goals, it helps you achieve them faster.
